Niatteru provides AI-powered color season analysis to help users discover their ideal color palettes. The Service includes:

Photo-based color analysis
Personalized color recommendations
Style and beauty suggestions
Digital color palette storage

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

Account Security

Keep your password confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

3 color analyses per month
Resets on the 1st of each month
No credit card required

Niatteru Pro ($15/month or $150/year)

Unlimited color analyses
Full access to all features
Cancel anytime

Payment Terms

Payments processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
No refunds for partial months
Prices may change with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@niatteru.ai. Refunds are granted at our discretion for issues such as technical problems preventing use of the Service.

5. User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload
You grant us license to use photos for providing the Service
You represent that you have rights to any content you upload
We may delete content that violates these Terms

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload inappropriate or offensive content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Interfere with the Service’s operation
Resell or commercialize the Service without permission
Create derivative works based on the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Niatteru owns all rights to the Service and its original content
“Niatteru” and our logo are our trademarks
You may not use our intellectual property without permission
The Service is protected by copyright and other laws

We provide the Service without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee accuracy of color analysis results

We are not responsible for purchasing decisions based on recommendations

No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide professional fashion or styling advice
Consult professionals for specific needs
Results are based on AI analysis and may vary

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Niatteru LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

By You

Cancel subscription anytime through app stores or account settings
Delete your account anytime through the app
Termination does not entitle you to refunds

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the Service

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:
